I am Miss Rennie, and I created P.A.P.™ (Personal Accountability Protocol) because I was tired of watching high-achievers—people who excel in every other area of life—struggle with something as fundamental as sustainable fat loss.

Because that is how long it takes to rewire behavioural patterns permanently. Not 30 days. Not 6 months. Exactly 12 weeks of consistent, targeted intervention.

After 12 weeks , you are done. The system is designed to eliminate dependency, not create it.

Why Only a Handful of Clients?

Quality over quantity. Real accountability requires deep understanding of your specific patterns, triggers, and professional demands. I cannot provide that level of intervention to dozens of people simultaneously.
